Frequently Asked Questions

After setting up your subscription you get access to our members only area where you will get an audible and visual alert whenever a new signal is posted (live, without delay).

At any time, you can cancel your subscription. You will not lose any time remaining on your account. In your account management page you will find a link that directs you to your active subscriptions in PayPal. You can cancel any subscription right there. (Look for ES Trade Signals or BCS Commerce).

Most, but not all days are viable for our swing setups. If you don’t get a signal within the first hour you know there’s no viable signal available for that day.

All signals are available to the public immediately after they are triggered. Only for free and unregistered accounts are the signals delayed by one hour. Still, with these results you can compare the entries and exits yourself by comparing them to the market (chart) and verify their legitimacy yourself.

We are using Central European Time (CET). US market open is at: 15:30 (3:30PM) CET. US market close is at: 22:00 (10:00PM) CET.

The signals work more or less the same on instruments like the SPY, VOO or other (crypto based) funds that follow the S&P500. The prices will be different, so any entry signal is relative to the futures price (ES) and therefore you need to adjust the Target and Stoploss prices as well.
